Affordable Homes for
Every Chapter of Your Life.

Our mission at Homes For Good is to provide
access to affordable homes for low-income and moderate-income people.

About Us

The Homes for Good Foundation strengthens healthy communities by improving the conditions in which people grow up, work, live, and age. The Foundation works to improve access to affordable homes as part of healthy neighborhoods.

Providing Resources

We connect low-income and moderate-income people to homebuyer education
and financial readiness resources that empower them to build a stable financial future.

Collaborating

We’re always collaborating with local
non-profit and public organizations to improve living conditions and to foster
economic stability.

Improving Lives

We’re building homes to expand home ownership for low-income and moderate-income households.

First Development Project

One of the Foundation’s activities is the development of a 4.2 acre neighborhood in the North End of Bastrop, Texas. The development will include a variety of residential single-family homes, tiny homes, bungalows, casitas, and duplexes ranging in size from 400 to 1,350 square feet. The variation in residential building types and sizes will provide homes to households of different sizes and at different stages of life. All homes will be for home ownership and are designed on smaller lots intended to be affordable by design and to promote connections between neighbors.

Who is “low-income and moderate-income”?
